Existing Patients
Patient Portal:
We use CharmEHR for our patient portal. You would have received a sign up link to your email upon booking your first visit. If you have any issues getting this set up, please call our front desk at 503-439-0433. We recommend downloading the Charm app to your smartphone so that you can easily view your treatment plans and make changes to your appointments if needed.

Scheduling:
You may cancel and reschedule appointments through your Charm EHR portal. You may also schedule appointments online at: https://solnaturalmedicine.com/schedule-an-appointment
Questions:
Send me a message through your ChARM patient portal. Please note I check these messages Mon-Fri and may take up to 3 business days to get back to you. If you have a question regarding a new health concern, please schedule an appointment. We will bill insurance for a digital E/M code for communication that involves interpreting results or placing orders for labs/imaging/prescriptions/etc.
Insurance billing questions:
All invoices can be viewed and paid through your Charm portal. If you have any questions, please send a message through the ChARM patient portal to our biller, Tameka Thompson.
Medicinary refills:
For custom-made formula refills, please email reception@solnaturalmedicine.com with your name and the name of your formula. For commercial supplements, you can order more by logging in to your Fullscript account.
Pharmaceutical medication refills:
Ask your pharmacy to submit a refill request. It may take 5-10 business days for this refill to be approved.
